Blocking doesn't seem to work?

Make sure Focus Coach has been granted Screen Time permission in iOS Settings → Screen Time → App & Website Activity.

Why do I have to type a reason to unlock?

That intentional pause is the whole point — Focus Coach is designed to help you start with intent, not impulse.

Is my data uploaded?

No. All data is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded to any cloud or server. See the Privacy Policy.

Which iOS versions are supported?

iOS 16 or later is required, in order to use Apple's Family Controls framework.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions to view, change or cancel your subscription.
